Anyone you let into a session joins on your allowance. They never create an account and you are never billed per person.
Cancel a subscription whenever you like and it runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Scribe, Cue and Prep are separate purchases. Paying for one never obliges you to the others.
If you bought minutes under the previous credit system, those are still yours. They work in every product, after your plan and prepaid hours.
Checkout runs on their infrastructure. We never see or store a card number.
Prices in ₹ are approximate. Checkout is priced in US dollars and Dodo Payments converts at the live rate, so a small conversion fee may apply. Tax may be added depending on your country.
Cancelling a plan keeps it working until the end of the month you've paid for. A plan's unused minutes don't roll over; prepaid hours never expire.
A full refund removes that purchase's unused minutes; minutes you already used aren't charged again. A partial refund leaves your minutes as they are.
