Your use of the Service is also governed by our data handling practices. We process audio recordings and transcriptions to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VivaPro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

VivaPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
